Payment, billing and renewal
How does automatic renewal work?
If you have subscribed to a non-binding offer, you are automatically re-enrolled with each new issue of the magazine, usually on the Mondays of the publication week. You can end it at any time, with one click, without delay or additional cost.

If you have subscribed to an annual offer, you will be automatically renewed at the end of your subscription at a preferential rate. You are informed by email in advance. You can disable this option in your "My Account" area.
When will I be billed?
Depending on your subscription type, you will be billed at the time of subscription (for an annual subscription) or with each magazine delivery (for a no-commitment offer). Timelines may vary depending on your card and bank.
What will my renewal rate be?
You are notified by email before each renewal, with the exact amount and date, and you can view or change your plan at any time from your subscriber area.
How to take advantage of a renewal offer?
As your subscription nears its end, you will receive a renewal offer by email, usually at a preferential rate. Simply click on the link received or go to your subscriber area, section "Renew my subscription", to activate it. These offers are also available directly on sopress.net even outside of renewal periods.
How can I get an invoice for my subscription?
From your subscriber area, you can download your invoices. If you can't find them, write to abonnement@sopress.com specifying your subscriber number and the relevant period.
I am moving
How long does it take for the change to be processed?
If you change your address directly in "My Account," the change is instant. In general, we record delivery addresses between 4 and 2 days before delivery.
I have moved, how do I update my delivery address?
Log in to your subscriber area by clicking on 'My account' with the email used during your registration, then update your postal address in the 'My information' section. If you are moving abroad, please email us as this may affect the magazine's delivery charges.
I'm going on vacation, can I have my magazine delivered elsewhere temporarily?
You can temporarily change your address by accessing your 'My Information' section in 'My Account'. Don't forget to change your address back once you return home. Valid only for changes within mainland France.
How to access the digital version?
How can I access the digital version of my magazine?
You can read all our articles and archives on our website and on the So Press app, available on the App Store and Google Play: it includes the digital editions of nps (So Foot, Society, So Film, l’étiquette, Tsugi, So Good…). Log in with the email linked to your subscription, and enjoy all our archives. Each new issue is available online at 8 PM, the day before it hits the newsstands.
Can I read back issues?
Yes, the app provides access to all available digital archives for each title, within the limits of your subscription duration.
Is digital access included in my paper subscription?
All our subscriptions include the digital version with access to all our archives.
My credentials don't work, what should I do?
Make sure you are using the email address provided at subscription. If in doubt, use 'Forgot password' in the app, or contact [abonnement@sopress.com] with your subscriber number.
How to access the paper version?
How can I receive my magazines at home?
By subscribing to a print subscription. The first issue of your subscription is provided in the confirmation email. Each issue is then sent directly to the address you provided, on the day it hits the newsstands.
Where can I buy my magazines if I don't want to subscribe?
All our titles are available at newsstands, kiosks, and some partner outlets. Additionally, our magazines (including back issues) are available for order on boutique.so in both physical and digital versions.
What is the delivery frequency of the magazines?
The frequency of So Foot is monthly (10 issues per year). The frequency of Tsugi is bi-monthly (6 issues per year). The frequency of So Film is bi-monthly (6 issues per year). The frequency of Society is bi-weekly (25 issues per year). The frequency of So Good is semi-annual (2 issues per year). The frequency of l’étiquette is semi-annual (2 issues per year). The frequency of l’étiquette Femme is semi-annual (2 issues per year).
Can I receive my magazine outside of France?
Yes, most of our titles can be shipped internationally. From abroad (European Union or outside the EU), delivery times are longer than in mainland France and a specific shipping rate applies. Select your delivery country at the time of subscription to get information on the price.
Where are the magazines printed?
Are your magazines printed in France?
Yes. All the group's titles are printed by our primary partner and historical supporter: Imprimerie Léonce Deprez (ILD), in Wancourt, Pas-de-Calais, about ten kilometers from Arras.
Can I give a subscription as a gift?
Yes, on each subscription page, an "Offer this subscription" option is available. Your recipient's subscription will be recorded on your profile. You can accumulate multiple subscriptions to the same title, for your recipients and for yourself.
I haven't received my magazine
This sometimes happens due to postal delivery issues. You can report it by contacting us at  abonnement@sopress.com, specifying the issue number and providing your full current address (mailbox number, building number, and any other specific indications…): we will check the address and resend it to you within a few days, free of charge.
